Elyce Brown,
A dedicated practitioner, and student of Yoga & holistic practices for over 12 years, certified Tantric Hatha Yoga teacher, Elyce shares her practice and knowledge of this supreme tradition from a place of profound personal experience and genuine care for all.

Artfully balancing the worlds of Yoga and spiritual practice with business and entrepreneurship within her own life, Elyce embodies the Tantric sentiment that our worldly human experience is one to be lived wholly; and she shares from this deeply relatable place.

Coming from Melbourne, Australia, and being based on the island of Bali for past 10 years, Elyce has completed in excess of 550 hours of specialized training with her teacher Octavio Salvado at The Practice, in the lineages of Sri Vidya and Kriya Yoga. Alongside her own personal spiritual practice, Elyce also pours her same passion into her holistic skin therapy brand and retail business, SALT Skincare; encouraging dedicated rituals of self-care through natural Earth-based products.


Whether through SALT or now in yoga, Elyce's desire to encourage "connectedness to Self through dedicated practices" is the driving force behind all of her equally intentional offerings, and she credits her knowledge of these traditional yogic teachings with her own stability, success and "radiance found in all of life".

Born of Elyce's genuine care for all Beings and her connectedness to Self, soul, and the Earth comes this deeply intentional, sublime offering, Cultivate You.
