Coming from Melbourne, Australia and living in Bali for 12 years, Elly is a devoted practitioner and teacher with over a decade of experience in yoga and spiritual practice. She has completed over 550 hours of specialized training in the lineages of Sri Vidya and Kriya Yoga under the guidance of her teacher, Octavio Salvado at The Practice over the past 9 years. She is also a dedicated student of Bhakti Yoga, and is a student of Babaji Satyanarayana Dasa, at the Jiva Institute of Vedic Studies in Vrindavan, India.

Elly’s life and work are deeply rooted in her devotion and practices. At the core of her offerings is the importance of self-cultivation, consistent practice, and the belief that through devotion to the sacred, all beings can uncover their inner radiance and live purpose and presence.
