For this practice we are working with the colour blue. This transforms the obstacles of anger, rage, hate, and frustration with love, peace, purity, and ease.

Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra 108 times / 20 minutes

This mantra was ‘unlocked’ by the great sages for humanity to use as a way to protect our minds. MAN= mind TRA = to protect. This mantra translates to ‘victory over the great death’ and speaks to Rudra, our most compassionate and fierce self. This is a potent mantra for healing and transformation.

The purpose of a body scan meditation is to cultivate mindfulness and awareness of the physical sensations and presence of your body. The further you dive deeper down the yogic path, the more subtle practices become, leading to more mantra. We also need strong memory to recall experiences during meditation.
