Hatha Yoga Moon

Cultivating a calm, stable, and grounded mind

Moon practice is the first stage and the foundation of our tantric hatha yoga practice. It’s during these classes that we gain a calm and grounded mind through the use of forward folds and twists, combined with a longer exhalation to activate the parasympathetic nervous system.

The goal of our moon class is to stabilize our minds, not only for our prana building practices, but also for our everyday life. When we have a stable, clear mind our overall well-being improves. These classes will also prepare us for meditation and guide the mind inward. This class will include asana, pranayama and meditation.
