Prana Dharna is a meditation practice centered around being mindful of your breath and the subtle energy (prana) within your body.
Prana = life force energy or vital energy. Dharana = single-pointed concentration. The aim is to improve concentration and cultivate a calm, radiant mind. Through regular practice, you develop the ability to anchor your attention to your breath and the flow of energy. Meditating at the eye brow centre (third eye), this helps sharpen your concentration over time, like training your mind to stay focused. The practice combines mindfulness with connecting to the energy (prana) in your body, supporting inner vitality and mental stability.
