Restorative Yoga
Practices for nervous system support, deep healing, and complete rejuvenation
Yoga Nidra is a meditative practice that promotes deep healing, relaxation, and rejuvenation. It’s often referred to as ‘enlightened sleep’ and is a way we can allow the body and mind to rest, while consciousness is in a state of awareness. It helps with insomnia, physical and emotional stress, and the release of fears and anxiety. It also improves memory and rebalances the nervous system. It helps you tune in and realise the vastness of your being — layer by layer.
It’s a beautiful process of learning and listening, without judging. Becoming the objective witness to your innate Self.
During this process our innate wisdom arises, which allows for inner transformation. It’s a profound way of tuning into the subtler energies of our body and awakening the vital, radiant energy within. This Yoga Nidra Practice is called 61 Points, which is a complete relaxation technique that goes through specific energy points in the body to recharge and rejuvenate.
This is a Yoga Nidra Practice to tap in and remember our innate joy and contentment. This is a space inside of us which we can access at any time, regardless of what we have or do in life. We are taught that the external world and material things will fulfill us, but true contentment comes from being connected to our innate joy and Self.
This is a practice of remembering.

Leonard Jacobson —
“When you are present, you are transcendent of the mind and ego and so you can witness your mind and ego. You can be conscious of your thoughts without being lost in them when they arise.”
