Cultivating vitality, radiance, and an energized body
Our sun class is the second stage of our tantric hatha yoga practice. This is where we begin to build prana (energy), become sensitized to prana, and expand it. We use backbends and laterals combined with longer inhalations to infuse the body with energy, revitalise, and increase our motivation + vitality.
During these classes we add in more subtle, traditional practices such as bandhas and kumbhaka to further cultivate and expand our prana and increase radiance.
This class is for you if:
