✺ A guided, short kriya meditation to help you cultivate clarity, clear vision, intuition, and creativity.

✺ A brand or business audit of your current offerings/products, social media presence, branding, and selling techniques. We'll explore what's working/not working for you and what direction to take next.

✺ Cultivating Authenticity: Learn to connect with your heart and infuse authenticity into every aspect of your business journey, from conceptualisation to selling.

✺ Your Dharmic Destiny: We all have unique gifts to offer to the world and a dominant force or energy that is guiding our lives. Using the system of Yantra Yoga, I will use calculations to uncover what specific energy you have available to you (in your lifetime, yearly and monthly) and how you can work with it. Understanding these specific energies or qualities helps you stay aligned to your path and achieve balance in all areas of your life.

These sessions may or may not include:

✺ Creating Offerings and Products: Together, we'll develop offerings and products that resonate with your vision and core messages. From refining existing offerings to brainstorming new ones, we'll ensure they align with your brand, your heart, and authentic self.

✺ Creative Direction and resources: Assisting you in exploring ideas for areas such as photoshoots, website direction, the creation of online courses, or tangible products.

✺ Releasing your limiting beliefs and obstacles: Become the master of your mind. Learn what mental obstacles are holding you back from expressing yourself in the most authentic way. Once we uncover what they are, I give you tools to actively work on transforming your mindset into a positive, helpful one and begin to release anything that is holding you back.

✺ Cultivating calmness and ease: I will provide you with tools and practices to incorporate daily, to ensure you are working from a place of calmness. Learn how to manage stress and maintain balance in both your work and personal life.
