सत्य — SATYA

Live your truth, express with purpose

SATYA: the clear expression of truth that arises when energy moves freely and awareness is steady.

Here the radiance awakened in KĀNTI and the luminous heart opened in HṚDAYA are gathered into wholeness. In Viśrāma, these qualities settle and integrate, allowing energy to stabilize and the Self to be replenished. This rest is revitalising and complete, revealing your highest frequency as the essence of who you are.

Viśrāma is the resting ground where practice deepens into being. This month teaches us to trust our natural rhythm, where energy, emotion, and awareness are continually brought back into balance. From this space, vitality flows as renewal and revitalisation, becoming the foundation for living in alignment, a return to your highest frequency expressed in every part of life.

We achieve this through steady practice that restores balance and gathers awareness inward. Complete breathing creates harmony in the subtle body, Yoga Nidra offers luminous rest for the nervous system and mind, and the one-hour practice integrates energy into wholeness. These practices guide you back to your natural state, revitalised, renewed, and radiant in your highest frequency.

Your Highest Self Sankalpa and Yoga Nidra

Part one short guided process helps you create a personal sankalpa, a single word that embodies your highest frequency. Through reflection and guided prompts, you will clarify the quality you most want to live from, and choose the word that will serve as your reminder, to help you embody your highest frequency.

Part two is where your sankalpa is planted deep into your awareness. This yoga nidra practice guides you into radiant rest, where your body, mind, and energy are renewed, and the word you have chosen can take root and being a part of you being. This is a space of integration and restoration, aligning you with your natural state, attuning you to your highest frequency and embodying that frequency you want to be.

YOUR HIGHEST FREQUENCY
IS YOUR NATURAL STATE

This month we cultivate our Highest Frequency, the natural resonance of our true being. To live in this frequency is to move through life steady, clear, and radiant. It is a state where prana flows in balance, consciousness is aware and the heart lives in truth, Living here, action arises from alignment, and daily life becomes infused with harmony.

Your Highest Frequency is the natural rhythm of the Self, luminous and whole

It is the inner balance that allows us to meet life with clarity and grace, and the vitality that continually renews from within.

RESTORED! RENEWED! RADIANT!

Attune: Your Highest Frequency

To attune is to bring yourself into alignment, to tune into a natural rhythm. This class centered on Samana Vayu, the energy of balance and integration. Through longer asana holds, twists, and a spinal sway kriya, energy is gathered at the center and the whole system finds harmony. This class restores balance, renews vitality, and guides you into your highest frequency, steady, radiant, and whole.

Practice throughout the month to attune to yourSelf fully, using the Sādhana checklist as your guide.

Supporting Practices

These supporting practices cultivate balance, renewal, and integration. Use them alongside your core sahana to restore vitality, steady awareness, and attune to your highest frequency throughout the month.

This kriya awakens the body’s natural capacity to heal, working through the energy of the second chakra, the center of creativity, vitality, and renewal. By directing prana with mantra and awareness, the practice strengthens the flow of life-force and supports deep restoration in body and mind.

It is recommended to practice consistently for 40 days to experience its full effect. Over time, you may notice greater vitality, balance in the energy body, and an enhanced ability to self-heal from within.

Self Healing Kriya

This is a 3 part breath that expands the belly, ribs, and chest in a full wave of prana. When practiced daily, it teaches the body to return to this natural rhythm of breath on its own, restoring balance, calming the system, and filling you with prana/energy/life.

Your Monthly Oracle Message

The Connection card invites you to deepen your understanding of the unity between yourself and the universe. So Hum, meaning “I am that,” reflects the realization that we are all interconnected. This card calls you to embrace this wholeness within and around you, recognizing that every moment and relationship is a reflection of your oneness with all that exists. It encourages you to trust in this connection, knowing it helps you access your highest potential.

Reflective Practice:
What aspects of my life feel most sacred, and how can I deepen my appreciation for them?

Practical Exercise:
Sit comfortably and close your eyes. Begin by inhaling deeply as you silently say “So” to yourself, and exhale fully while silently saying “Hum.” With each breath, feel the connection between your body, mind, and spirit deepen. Allow the rhythm of your breath to remind you of your unity with all things, creating a sense of wholeness within. Continue this practice for a few minutes, allowing the mantra to guide you into a space of inner peace and interconnectedness.
