FIRE represents the pinnacle of our tantric hatha yoga practice. In this stage, we unite the HA (solar) and THA (lunar) energies, giving rise to HATHA - the fire at the navel center. This transformative fire melts away limitations of the lower mind, eradicates destructive habits and patterns, and purifies past karma, creating space to awaken our dormant spiritual potential - Kundalini.
